Chelsea FC has a robust welfare system to ensure the well-being of its players, staff, and the broader community. The Welfare Officers at Chelsea FC are responsible for providing support and assistance across various areas, including mental health, physical health, education, and personal development.

Our Child Welfare Offices are here to provide a safe and supportive environment for all children involved in our programs.  They are available to address any concerns, provide guidance, and ensure that all welfare policies are procedures are effectively implemented.
